Opentype Fonts
OK, everyone, I'm a brand newbie, and I need some help. I need an opentype Celtic font that I can download to Publisher2010 and Office 2007. HELP, ME, PLEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEE!!!!!

themes ............ ?
Well, maybe I missed the theme that showed Opentype. I found a great one, but it wasn't Opentype!
You don't need OpenType. Nor Publisher 2010 nor Office 2007 can handle OpenType. For that you need Publisher 2011 and Office 2010.
Well, all of the fonts that I have on Publisher 2010 and Office 2007 are, in fact, OpenType.

Sorry Sue I should have been clearer and said that Publisher 2010 and Office 2007 can not handle OpenType features. Publisher 2010 and Office 2007 handle OTF as if it were TTF. So no automatic ligatures, no alternates and so.
So, what should I do? I really need some new fonts!

What is saying Kat is that OTF or TTF Publisher handles them the same way and doesn't use the opentype features (ligatures, alternates,...)
a great site to find new fonts :
http://www.dafont.com here you'll find a big bunch of font in various styles that will work in your Publisher (even if they are TTF)
Can you give some examples, please?

yes, sure... pick any of the font here.

{SIGH!} OK, I'll try again. Nothing has worked so far.....

BTW, how do I unzip a file?

Unsing a unzip software.

like 7Zip, Winzip or Power Archiver.
If you use Win Vista or 7, the unzip process is include in the system. You have only to right clic on the name of the file in the Win Explorer and chose the unzip option.
Thnax, everyone! Let me see how this goes. If it works, drinks are on me!!!

OK, I missed that somehow -- I never saw an option to unzip.....
