The text is CHROMATICA. I understand that it might be a custom font but is there anything closely resembling it?

the font is costumized for the album but similar fonts can be found under the 'horror' category, while the chrome texture can be made easily on photoshop

Go to the Gothic Section and Click on the Various, for sure you'll be seeing some design related fonts to CHROMATICA . and this font ⬇ have quite similarities. I think Lady Gaga gets basis of these fonts compiled together and customized.
