AFAIK, the script font is custom made. This case was already solved here, 3 or 4 months ago. (unless this is other script font)

I personally own this font, and it's not Futura, but ABSOLUT HEADLINE (special details on each corner) & ABSOLUT SCRIPT. Here captures that comes with the PDF File
