This is the basic font behind OUTLAST 1' logo.

While the exact modified font is: Base 02

If someone want to make an exact replica, should go for Base 02

I was looking for the same font, and the closest match I could find is a font called "Waiting for the Sunrise". It is incredibly similar to the blue handwritten font from Outlast which I assume you are referring to. And while I'm not sure if it's an exact match, it sure is close!
