It's a custom logo.

Definitely a custom logo but if you are typesetting something other than "St. Louis Cardinals", you could try "The Blendhes" font. If you need to set something requiring a capital S, L or C, you might want to customize it to match the St Louis Cardinals' SLC a little more closely.
