The two Os and Ns in LONDON are exactly the same elmo.

You can draw a simple glyph and cup and copy and repeat it... I've make some similar works to improve a text or a logo! And then it was much more usual than now!

Anyway, there are now A, C, D, E, G, I, L, N, O, P, R, S, V and Y, 14 out of 24. In principal more than enough for making a (caps only) font. And, yes, looking at the Boink will help.
