Can you define close? To me that might mean something very different than it would mean to you.

I believe what the OP meant is similar to.... or looks something like.... and preferably free.

@toto, my experience is that there is - far too - often a big difference between what is considered similar. So I tried to find out what where the specific properties valis was looking for. Past tense as valis never came back.

It's difficult to find a font very "close to" a script font.
