Dallas Cowboys Font by Dennis Ludlow

Ive been searching all over the web to find a copyright of some sort that will allow me to use these fonts for selling t shirts.
The resemblance to the Dallas Cowboys original fonts is remarkable, if it isn't the exact same font. I also think that the Dallas star is free of royalty right?
Ive tried Mr.Ludlow's site, heck i even tried looking him up on facebook.
The text with the fonts says:

Dennis Ludlow Productions 2000 all rights reserved
Sharkshock Productions
Here you go Cowboy fans. An asterix will get you the big star of Dallas. Feel free
to re-distribute as long as you keep this readme file intact.
