...That's the font's name. He's not saying that is an arcade classic.
I think it's Open Sans with a few effects on it. Arcade Classic is too 8-bit and it doesn't really look like the font.
Suggested font: Open Sans
It's not Arcade Classic. Since Arcade Classic is looks like "Press Start 2P" with horizontal lines instead of "Open Sans" with horizontal lines.
