I'm trying to find the name of the font used for the hocus pocus movie

I think is a custom. If you check the both o,c,u or s you will see are not the same.

To me, it looks like this may have been the starting point.
I agree with above, looks customized for sure.

The style "destroyed" is done manualy but the basis can be a font.
