The logo for this "for the movie stars" jewellery company is custom calligraphy based on formal English scripts.
Compare _Chopard_ with Kunstlerschreibschrift medium, which has a similar design -- in a more sloped, higher contrast presentation in which the X height of the lower case is much lower than the capital height. In this image the X height is made the same to facilitate the comparison

Ambassador Script is a similar script in which the inclination angle is steeper than used for the letters in the Chopard logo. Like Kunstlerschreibschrift, it is a higher contrast presentation in which the X height of the lower case is much lower than the capital height.

Edited:
Artists Script, already suggested by Jersey Girl, has about the same letterforms as Kunstlerschreibschrift medium, and seems to have been derived from the same pre-digital source. Inclination of letters I checked is slightly steeper and thus is closer to _Chopard_.

Dan X. Solo loved to do photo manipulation of his fonts. This may explain the slightly more vertical inclination of his version of this script.

We are slowly finding a passable approximation.
@claudeserieux
Your image of Art Script is predigital. Do you know who published the specimen?
Thanks.
