I tried on MyFonts (closest found: https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/typeart/starship-command/version/) and looked thoroughly on Dafont but nothing to be found. Does anyone know this font ?

Handmade Gothic  Suggested by donshottype 

The letters show "reverse contrast" -- horizontal strokes are thicker than vertical stokes -- which is a sign that the letters probably have been horizontally compressed.
Handmade Gothic JNL is similar but not a perfect match.
