Looking for the font for the text on the bottom of the image

Does anyone know of a similar font available for download (or purchase?) This one leads to a 404 error page.

I voted to agree that Ink Collective was the match, but on closer examination I find that Ink Collective is too weathered.
The exact match is Norwester, available for free from the fontmaker
