Hopefully someone maybe able to help. They are old honours boards but the last 2 lines are in vinyl so there is
a font out there somewhere, closest i can find is cheltenham bold but its not right.

For the handmade one you could use as a better approach 'Anavio' or 'Columbus' (http://myfonts.us/td-OlkEMD)
