How can I write "Haifa" in Arabic as it is on Google Translate? That is how it should look like "حيفا".

You need to enable enable MIDDLE EASTERN AND SOUTH ASIAN Text engine in a program like Photoshop / Illustrator.

Go to preferences , select type, change text engine option and restart program. Now copy the arabic text from here and paste into your document.

You would need to Outline your text/convert to shape. Save doc and switch back your text engine option if not. YOUR FUTURE TYPE INPUT WOULD BE IN REVERSE.
