To me, yes, it's "Helvetica Neue Condensed Black Oblique", a little flattered and the leg of the "p" cutted...

Haha!... I know this one. Gran Turismo and Top Gear fan, So I figured this one out fast.
Style - 107 Extra Black Condensed Oblique. (Note: Tracking is set -10 and Faux Italic is present. This can be done in Photoshop.)
Click the font id link and scroll down to it.
Ah forgot to add: Characters have been compressed height wise.
