I need some help identifying this font

The "A" is modified

Too many diffrent letters to be Univers 93 (A, M, E, R,...)

That's weird, the M of "Muscle" is different from the one of "American"

I agree with @damz.. I think its a modified version of something.. the M's are the same though.. just one is stretched
