Gamecuben DualSet is clearly inspired by by Gamecube™ but seems to have sufficient differences to avoid trademark infringement.
The "Nintendo" part is a modified Handel Gothic Compressed.
Suggested font: Handel Gothic
The "GameCube" part is a modified Bank Gothic that was also used for the Game Boy Advance.
