Does someone knows what is the font used on the All Out Attack texts? I want to make a drawing inspired by those but I can't find an similar font with the same ' on it anywhere

PS: I've used Junpei's All Out Attack as an example, but as I've seen every single one uses the same font. Maybe, just maybe, Yukari and Ken have an different one, but I think it's the same but with some effects
