Turn your caps lock off. All capitals is considered to be shouting. The only reason to shout if you need help is if you are drowning (etc.), not if you just need a font identifying.

Or if your family is held hostage by font fanatics, it happened in the past.

Or if your trapped in an alternate universe, where the only font ever made is Comic Sans. (in an infinite universe, this IS a certainty.
