It's a different typeface. Helvetica is the original from the late 1950's. In the 1980's they redrew the entire family adding more weight and a few differences (you can compare the two bold versions: they're similar but not the same).

I hava a task for a school to find some thing in the city which have helvetica font ,this is HELVETICA and it is most important ... THANKS MAN

Fine. But remember it's Helvetica Neue. Old Helvetica should be very easy to find: it's everywhere! Anyways, good luck with your assignment!
