Honestly, whoever owns these new glyphs (Phillies, MLB, whoever) is guarding them jealously.

You might do better using glyphs from 1946-1949, which are similar, though I don't know if anyone's developed a font fron that era.

Someone still owns those glyphs too, but no-one seems to be griping about the guy, with the '80s retro font:

I doubt you will find a font that is a legitimate version of these letters and is available to the public.
The swash treatment of the upper case reminds me of Tango -- NOT THE FONT

Enfantine NOT THE FONT has a somewhat similar lowercase

The Phillies use a proprietary, and heavily-guarded, font named Scriptwurst for their jerseys and internal signage. It's never been commercially available, unfortunately. Hope this helps - it's futile!
