It is not the Benton Sans Extra Compact Black. This is only vaguely similar to that font. If we can use the word similar al all.

Comic books usually use custom lettering, done by staff members, who do lettering for a living. They get paid a lot less than Keith Morris.

Download Bebas, It's a fairly good font to use in order to mimic the Marvel logo. I just worked on Kerning and added a tiny extra white stroke to the text to beef it up a bit and got this:
