This picture is the side of a times magazine. I know what the TIME font is, but need help identifying the other ones, if anyone could help please do so. Thank you

The sans-serif is a condensed form of Franklin Gothic. The serif, however, is most likely Haffner, a font drawn by Kent Lew exclusively for Time and thus not available for public licensing.
