Vogue has it's own Vogue Didot. There are two I can see using as a substitute

I agree with the Hoefler Didot as a close substitute for Vogue's proprietary version.
The 42pt master has slightly thicker hairlines than the 64pt or 96pt.
DietDidot Bold is also o.k. as a substitute.
