Miller Banner Light Sugerida por SexyElvis7
Thank-you so much! I notice the Miller Banner Light font doesn't have that 'c' with the 'drip'? Any clues on that? Actually, I looked again and it does have that 'c' in lowercase - just don't see it in uppercase, but I'm sure it's an alternative C.

very vague descriptor, I know. you see the rounded serif at the top right end of the 'c' - when I look at Miller Banner Light it appears there is no Uppercase version of this C as the uppercase has a sharp serif C. not super important anyway. thanks so much for identifying this font, I'm very grateful to find it.
If you're looking to replicate the uppercase C from the magazine, as in Carla Bruni, my best guess is they 'designed' a new letter by combining the normal uppercase C with the drop end of an enlarged lowercase C.
