When one spaces out the letters, that is kerning; correct? If you go to
https://www.creativefabrica.com/product/himalayan-salt/ - you'll see the first version of kerning, spaced closer together, and then you'll see the other version, Himalayan Salt II, where the letters are spaced from #50 up to #200 apart. The words are also spaced apart more as well. Let me know if it's something else you are meaning. Thanks.

That is just spacing. Kerning is the adjustment you make to fine tune the spacing between two specific characters. Spacing is global for the character while kerning is local to the character pair.
I do not know how the admins assessed the fonts submitted here but let us just have a quick look at your font and the preview at Creative Fabrica will do. Look at the word HIMALAYAN. Notice that the letter Y is spaced out of sorts compared to the other letters in that word. There is just too much white space around that letter. That means you need to adjust spacing between the character pairs AY and YA. And when you do that, you are kerning those letter pairs. I had a look at the font from your link and I see other instances where you need to do some kerning.
BTW don't you think the space character is just a bit too wide?
What you need to do is space all characters until you are satisfied with them. Then adjust the kerning between character pairs where it is needed. Trust your eyes.
