I browsed all of her fonts to see if it was one of them...
What's with all her "q", with this right "swash"? Is it something common in the US? Is it for dyslexia? Is it for the style?

I don't understand.
Some are to the right, some are straight down. Which way should they go?
I mean, a lot of her "q" are pointing to the right.
Straight down is how we were taught to draw the "q" in France. I never saw the tail of a q pointing to the right here.
Many of KG fonts have a "q" pointing to the right. I was wondering if it was common, or if there was a special reason to that.
I know some fonts for dyslexics have different p/q and b/d just like this

As far as I know, they still teach it that way. No special reason that I know of.
I don't write it that way myself, I make a backwards closed loop on the 'q' -- but I have weird writing

a backwards closed loop, wow, sounds fancy
