Zapfino font for free?

I'm confused. I'm assuming there's a policy that I'm unaware of...
The policy is simple, no commercial fonts for free download.
Pupose a commercial font to be downloaded for free is illegal. So, you will not find it on Dafont and you will not find link for that on this forum.

Mumble ... mumble, Sascha/Alex, the question was simple, straight forward and not open to free interpretation: "does anyone know where I might be able to DL the Zapfino font for free?". The answer can be and is as straight forward: Yes. No link was asked for, so that imaginary part of the question needed no answer. If, however a link would have been asked for the answer would have been, yes, but I'm not gonna tell you.

If you have an account with photobucket the zapfino font is available as part of their 'edit' feature. You can't really do fancy things with it as you would on photoshop but alas, the font is the font

It's obviously not restricted for just commercial use anymore. I've found several places where it is available for download.
@ChinaDragonDoll, they are illegal sites. 
I think the font is included with several softwares (Microsoft Office or an Adobe Suite, I don't remember...)

You can get the Zapfino font for a 10.00 donation. If u want to pay 10 bucks for an awesome font that someone put a lot of work into. 10 bucks is a steal. [illegal link removed]

So let me get this straight.... you have to pay over $50 to get a font for windows that comes with Mac OSX free?!
