Body text similar to Bodoni, Didot, etc?
Quote Unusual in that both quote marks are 99s rather than the standard 66 and 99. Was used in a series of tie in chapter books based on The Powerpuff Girls TV series.

They're not shown in the glyphs page at myfonts, however they are present in older versions of the font.
