I don't know if you will find this face - it may have been typeset in 1937... and was never digitized. There are a few similar ones such as:
Old Republic on Dafont
FF Gothic on Font-Bureau
QTypeSquare on Font Shop
Even Eurostile and Bank Gothic could be made to work...

It looks very much like Eurostile, yes, only at around 75% of it's normal height. I've been using that for now. If I can't find anything else, I'll just keep it. Thank you though!
