Well, nearly all of those are 'commercial' fonts.. if you're looking for the exact font names then you're out of luck (for legitimate purposes). There are, however, numerous clones of some of those available which may have subtle differences (IE, close enough for government work).

Thanks for your reply. This is what I was afraid would be the answer. Any site I found when Googling went to a site to purchase them (mainly fonts.com).
Is there a way to 'map' a font name? Say if I open a document that has Helvetica in it, then it would be replaced with a look-alike font. I have several documents that were designed for me and I just need to make some edits, but I don't have these fonts installed so it screws up all of the text.
Thanks again.
Oh Lord won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz.
My friends all drive Porsches, I must make amends.
Worked hard all my lifetime, no help from my friends.
So oh Lord won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz
Oh Lord won't you buy me a color TV.
Dialing for dollars is trying to find me.
I wait for delivery each day until 3.
So oh Lord won't you buy me a color TV.
Oh Lord won't you buy me a night on the town.
I'm counting on you Lord, please don't let me down.
Prove that you love me and buy the next round.

What sort of document ? What software ?

Arial is almost a clone of Helvetica. Remapping fonts in a document can be done easily... or not ! Depends on the software, so be more precise if you want us to help.
Document = Adobe Illustrator/InDesign and PDF files.
Software = Adobe CS5 (InDesign, Illustrator)
I get a couple pdf files each week that need some text added and I have been using Adobe Illustrator to do that. I'm sure it is probably the wrong way to do it, but at least it works (except for me not having the correct fonts).
I appreciate the help.
